Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging/condition.
Certain products such as fragrances, intimate apparel, or final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
To start a return:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or product, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. This ensures your preferred item doesn’t sell out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Mistakes happen! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
