Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
U.S. Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
We do our best to deliver on time, but once your order is with the carrier, shipping times are out of our control.
Weather, customs, or carrier issues may cause delays.
